Confidential computing is becoming foundational for AI, public infrastructure, and regulated cloud environments. Enclaive is positioned to lead this category in Europe. We are looking for a marketing leader who understands enterprise complexity, values technical depth, and is excited to build a category — not just campaigns.
As Lead of the Infrastructure & CloudOps team, you will own the architecture and delivery of Enclaive’s confidential infrastructure stack. You will lead a small high-impact engineering team and remain deeply hands-on in building: Secure multi-tenant platforms running on bare metal and virtualized infrastructure ,Hybrid private/public cloud infrastructure, Managed confidential Kubernetes environments, Managed in-use encrypting databases, Confidential container runtime environments leveraging Confidential Virtualization (KVM/QEMU), Kata Containers and hardware TEEs You will be responsible for turning advanced confidential computing concepts into reliable, scalable production platforms.
As Lead Product Engineer for Key Management & Confidential Computing, you are the technical owner and hands-on builder of enclaive’s next-generation vHSM Key and Workload Identity Management Service. You combine deep engineering expertise with pragmatic technical leadership — setting architectural direction, driving engineering quality, and mentoring a small but highly skilled team while actively contributing production code. You shape how secure infrastructure is designed, implemented, and operated in confidential cloud and AI environments. Acting as both a technical authority and product-minded engineer, you translate complex security requirements into scalable, maintainable systems that meet real-world customer needs. You will initially spend the majority of your time building core platform capabilities (approx. 80% hands-on engineering / 20% leadership), gradually evolving into a broader technical leadership role as the team grows.
We are looking for a deeply hands-on Senior Infrastructure & Automation Engineer to bridge the gap between bare metal performance and multi-cloud agility. You will orchestrate the lifecycle of physical servers, virtual machines, and Kubernetes platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code and automated configuration management. You will own infrastructure automation pipelines, end-to-end testing workflows, and data integrity practices across a complex hybrid architecture — ensuring resilient, repeatable, and secure operations across production environments.
