Connecting your Google Account grants enclaive two scopes: cloud-platform (to see, edit, configure, and delete Google Cloud resources in your own GCP project, used solely to provision and manage infrastructure — e.g., virtual machines — that you request) and userinfo.email (your Google Account email, used to identify you). We do not access Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Workspace data.We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI/ML models.We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third party. It remains within your own Google Cloud project and enclaive's systems, and is used only to perform actions you direct. We may disclose it if legally required to do so (e.g., in response to a valid court order). You can revoke access anytime via your Google Account settings.
Security Measures for Google User Data
We protect the Google user data described above with the following safeguards: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest; OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in a dedicated secrets vault, never in application databases or logs; Access to stored tokens is limited to a small number of authorized backend services and personnel, on a least-privilege basis; Tokens are retained only for as long as your integration remains connected, and are deleted immediately when you disconnect or revoke access; Our information security program is certified to ISO/IEC 27001.
