Senior Infrastructure & Automation Engineer (Hybrid Cloud / Bare Metal)

Enclaive operates across bare metal providers, sovereign European clouds, and confidential multi-cloud platforms where automation and integrity are essential for every deployment.

This role exists to build the automation backbone that connects physical infrastructure performance with cloud-scale agility. You will create the pipelines, provisioning systems, and automated validation layers that ensure every server, workload, and deployment behaves predictably across heterogeneous environments. Your work ensures infrastructure is reproducible, secure by default, and continuously validated through end-to-end automation.

At Enclaive, infrastructure automation is not a support function — it is core product engineering. You will help define how secure hybrid infrastructure is built, tested, and operated at scale.

Hybrid Infrastructure Orchestration

• Provision and manage bare metal clusters and multi-cloud VM environments
• Automate lifecycle management using Terraform (provisioning) and Ansible (configuration)
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters across hybrid and physical environments
• Standardize infrastructure blueprints and automated deployment workflows

End-to-End Quality Assurance & Automation

• Design and implement automated E2E testing strategies for infrastructure and platform releases
• Validate deployments across physical, virtualized, and hybrid environments
• Integrate automated infrastructure validation into CI/CD pipelines
• Establish testing baselines for performance, reliability, and security

Data Integrity & Governance

• Monitor data consistency and operational integrity across distributed infrastructure
• Implement strict input validation and sanitization mechanisms
• Maintain operational dashboards and anomaly detection workflows
• Support resilient migration and upgrade processes

Security & Attestation Operations

• Implement security hardening practices across infrastructure layers
• Manage workload attestation and secure provisioning workflows
• Support secure migration flows across cloud and bare metal boundaries
• Collaborate with security and confidential computing teams

Observability & Infrastructure Operations

• Build centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting pipelines
• Maintain operational visibility across hybrid infrastructure
• Perform proactive maintenance, bug fixes, and continuous improvement
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and infrastructure change tracking
