Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You Will Own
1. Category & Positioning
- Define and continuously sharpen enclaive’s value proposition, messaging and positioning in confidential computing
- Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling enterprise value propositions
- Develop vertical-specific narratives for public, healthcare, and financial services sectors
- Align messaging tightly with the sales and product teams
2. Enterprise & Public-Sector GTM
- Support long and complex B2B sales cycles
- Develop client and partner-ready marketing materials and compliance narratives
- Build reference architectures, case studies, and proof-of-value assets
3. Ecosystem & Partner Marketing
- Activate partnerships with cloud, technology, and system integration partners
- Develop joint positioning, solution pages, and co-marketing initiatives
- Support co-sell and marketplace strategies
- Enable integrators with sales and solution materials
4. Content & Thought Leadership
- Build technical authority in confidential computing
- Develop high-quality content (architectures, whitepapers, compliance explainers, benchmarks)
- Drive founder-led thought leadership
- Coordinate PR and analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Forrester)
5. Marketing Infrastructure & Performance
- Oversee website strategy and conversion paths
- Implement lean marketing tech stack and transparent performance tracking
(incl CRM, automation, tracking) - Drive account-based marketing and targeted campaigns
- Measure marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue
What You Bring
Required
- 8+ years experience in B2B marketing (enterprise, infrastructure, or deep tech)
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Strong product marketing capability
- Ability to translate technical topics into business impact
- Hands-on mindset — willing to execute, not only strategize
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Nice to Have (Strong Plus)
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, confidential computing, or cybersecurity
- Experience marketing to public sector, healthcare, or financial services verticals
- Partner marketing experience with hyperscalers, Linux vendors, or system integrators
- Analyst relations experience
- Experience in early-stage or venture-backed startups
